Do I need to be fit to start?

Absolutely not. The purpose of coming to East Rocks is to improve your fitness. We encourage you to come at any stage of your fitness journey. Please do feel free to come and visit the gym if you would like to talk to a member of the team who will help you find the right way to start for you.

Do you take drop ins?

Yes we do. We need you to book in using our booking system - TeamUp. You can access this vis the Schedule page, and if you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
