Getting Started at East Rocks

Getting started couldn’t be easier.

Simply follow this link to walk you through the sign up process.

Once you have answered the short questions, we’ll be in touch to arrange either your first session or a chat with a Coach at the Gym .

  • This is probably the question we get asked the most. The answer is definitely “YES”!

    It doesn't matter what level you are starting at, our experienced and supportive Coaches can help you find the right level for you in any workout and keep you safe while having fun and getting fitter.

    We would just be glad you came to the woods.

  • To get started, we recommend our 10 pack of classes. This is £80.

    Our monthly memberships are:

    3 sessions per week for £80 per month

    Unlimited sessions for £96 per month

  • We offer sessions on every day of the week. The full timetable is available on our website.

    Our timetable of activities is varied so you can always find something that you love.

  • You’d be most welcome to come down to the gym and meet with a Coach to look around and talk through how it all works. We encourage this as once you come down the hill, that’s the hardest part done! Apart from the burpees of course.

  • We crack on! It’s remarkable how few really bad days there are weather wise! Also, once you’re warmed up and ready to go, you’re fine. We’ll never put anyone at risk so in high winds we cancel sessions - that’s more so you don’t leave the house!

  • Maybe not your finest gym kit, but regular gym wear is absolutely fine. We do sometimes have running in sessions and we recommend trail shoes for that as our runs go round the woods.

  • Yes we do. Our Coaches all enjoy giving 1-2-1 sessions to our members and we can help you with any goal you may have!

  • Yes, East Rocks is totally accessible. If you need assistance getting into the gym, cars can drive right into the gym space.

    We’re working on making our toilet facilities accessible too.
