Modified Strongman. Have a go at something completely different.
Here you will carry, squat, hinge, push, pull and throw unusual objects. Think sandbags, ropes, kegs, yokes, tyres… things that like to fight back a little bit. All this in a closely coached, small group environment with programming that is fun, challenging and progressive.
