HYROX AT EAST ROCKS

  • HYROX SESSIONS

    We run regular HYROX training sessions on Thursday (6:30am, 9:15am and 6:30pm) and Friday at 6:30pm. We are adding more to this starting in January 2026 - so grab yourself a session and see what training for a HYROX is like in the great outdoors!

  • 8 WEEK TRAINING CAMP

    Prepare properly for HYROX Glasgow with our 8 week training plan. Starting on January 12th 2026 this Camp will peak just before HYROX Glasgow. We are also delighted to welcome Anna Seago to our coaching team for this! Anna, an Elite Hyrox Athlete and owner of Thr[y]ve Training Club will guide you through an exclusive Focus Day in February!

  • EAST ROX - OUTDOOR HYROX

    Our Annual Outdoor HYROX event will be back with a bang in 2026! Email us below for more info! It’s a full HYROX but with a 1km Trail Run and all stations outdoors!

HYROX 8 WEEK TRAINING CAMP

A new Training Camp from Go Train East Rocks - this 8 week block will help you prepare fully for any HYROX event!

Starting on 12th January 2026, this 8 week block will make sure you peak just in time for HYROX Glasgow.

There will be 3 Gym Sessions per week, with sessions on Tuesday and Thursday at 6:30am, 9:15am and 6:30pm and also an early session on Saturday at 7am.

We will also program 3 running sessions per week which you can do alone or as part of our Running Club on Monday and Wednesday lunchtimes.

Daily sessions and programming will be by Lawson and Alison and we’re delighted to welcome Anna Seago to the Coaching Team for this!

Anna is an Elite Hyrox Athlete and owner of Thr[y]ve Training Club. Anna will be guiding you through an exclusive Training Focus Day in February!
