Our next East Rox event is on Saturday September 6th 2025! There are just a few tickets remaining and we can't wait for you to experience a fully outdoor HYROX! Hopefully without the rain in Berlin!
On Saturday 17th August we ran our first HYROX Sim and the first ever completely outdoor HYROX event.
It was a huge success!

In the meantime, we run regular HYROX training sessions on:
Thursday at 6:30am, 9:15am and 6:30pm
And Friday 6:30pm
